We had dinner there in Nov. 1913 [party of 11] and the same thing as you say -I complained and was finally told the head chef was on vacation, they did cut our bill in half [which was still WAY overpriced for what we received].

Must be that Chef is still on vacation.

Have not recommended that place and have not gone to any Harrah's/Caesars steakhouses since.

We have enjoyed their Buffet in LV [name escapes now] on our visits, however. Guess their Chef has never gone on vacation during our visits.
