Libel and slander cases are the most difficult cases to win. I have seen only one successful one in 33 years of practice. I have reviewed dozens of losing cases when I worked for the appellate court system.

I'm not saying that it can't be won, or that a lawyer would never ever take such a case. That's why I want to monitor it.
