Don't! Simply stating if I DID value those PHONY chips and wanted the display, I don't believe that I ( or anyone for that matter) could replicate that display for much less. You would have to locate and purchase the blanks, copy inlays, and get a displayer. If I in fact thought that display to be something I would like to have, I would pay $49.00. The guy is being portrayed as trying to rip off buyers. Not sure what those chips in original condition are worth, but I would venture to guess that it is well north of $49.00. Now maybe the dude is representing them as "original" in play chips (was not stated in original post), if that is the case I am onboard for calling him out.
