I don't want get in a nitpick contest... but so far what I see is that you went into a store with 6000 items and found one that was not labeled the way you thought it should be. But you don't talk to the owner about it.
Many things could be in play: He didn't know or label fell off or possibly your are wrong.
We don't know at the moment.
But here's the problem for me. You call him names on a public board where maybe a thousand chippers see this and never see an answer....

I think you are great guy, Charles, and you've already done more for this club than I can ever hope to... but at the moment I am questioning whose conduct needs to be questioned....
