Thanks Jim! If I am sending out more than one chip there usually isn't a problem if I can guess the weight pretty well. It's the one chip at a time I seem to be having issues with. Do you send out one chip in a 4 x 6 Bubble mailer? If I do that then I usually get charged around $2.50 something with a tracking number. If I put it in a letter envelope that's where I have issues.
