Given that I live in a townhouse, my mailbox is the size of a Post Office box and I use a key to open it. I would say it is exactly like a USPS PO box. The idiot who filled in for our regular temporary mail carrier this past Thursday stuffed this in my mailbox. Inside was 100 BCW Heavy Vinyl 12-pocket (2.5") Coin Album pages. It took me 5 minutes to pry it out of my box and left my right hand bruised as a result. I called the PO and spoke with the supervisor. I was not not in the least bit nice about it. I was advised that I needed to go online to the USPS website and file a claim, as well as return the item to them with everything included. In turn I advised him that he could have the mail carrier pick it up from my home and to let me know when it would be because the time of day. There is no degree of consistency because no employee wants this particular route as I was told it is far longer than any other route. I can not count the number of times paper envelope packages were left on my front porch in the rain. I took photos of the receipt and the PO now has it. May I just ask what the heck???
