These scams are very common - I receive several each day from "FedEx," "UPS," and other shippers, as well as "Amazon," "PayPal," and "eBay." They want you to say "whoa - I didn't order that!" and click on their link. They then have carte blanche to load software onto your computer that steals info or locks you out of your data until you pay a ransom.

Never, ever click on those links or you will find out how little sympathy people have for your predicament!
