I don't think I ever saw this card game offered anywhere but Fitzgeralds, Reno. It's a game with a high edge for the house. One of the pay-offs is 11:1, so the $11 chip could be used to pay that bet... one chip for a $1 bet, five chips for a $5 bet, etc.
