I believe your token may be from the 1980's. The Space Shuttle on your token and the Kern County seal indicate that. The Elks 266 put out a 100 year anniversary token in 1994 with a similar design. Old 266 tokens are in 10, 12-1/2 and 15 cents but I don't know what they look like.
