That is true, but the casino is private property and they can remove anyone and/or ban them from the property. they don't need a reason. From what I could tell, the guy refused to give ID when cashing his chips. The casino refused to cash them which is their right, but not real good for public relations. Tribal Police made several mistakes. He should not been allowed to video anything. Not only is it private property, it is also Indian Trust land, they make the rules. When he refused ID he should have been given his chips and told to leave immediately. His refusal results in a trespassing charge. At that point they place him under arrest and transport him to Tribal Police headquarters where he is issued the trespassing citation and escorted from the reservation.
