I just found TAC referemce in the Janice O'Neal's Chip Guide field notes, and your are correct. It is Turf Athletic Club. There are three separate entries in the guide, but her notes (see below) show all three chips were actually in the same building. I don't know enough about illegal chips that's why I am asking. Thanks for getting me on the right track.
