First one is Puerto Rico and not particularly scarce. Probably would retail for around $20.

Second one is St Martin, not Puerto Rico. Mullet Bay dollars I've seen are all white. This one looks blue or green. If it is blue or green and in reasonable shape I'd pay $40 for it. Don't see it in Pollack's book. White one is relatively common and I'd put at $20 retail.
