but i think the issue is that all the politicians there are just way too greedy so nothing will get done. They can come up with many great ideas... than someone pops up to do it and have to fight all the red tape and corruption just to say f@ck it after they wasted all that money... I think its the AC Way? No one loves AC more than me and hope they get their heads out of the sand. Once things get back to a good place they can rob them blind but only then.... IMO of course
