The Castroville $20 has had a few come out on eBay in lots with 3 other denominations. I submitted it to the MOGH: CG141223
Several sets were sold by the same seller. They all looked to be new or close to it. I've no idea if the guy ran across a few or if he's got a box or two in hand from a find.
