I just got a pair of dice from the Royal Cabana in Aruba. Both dice are red and translucent, but the colors are not quite the same. Both have wear and plenty of surface scratches, but one is clearly darker to the eye and is slightly less translucent. The same die shows a little yellowing of the white pips, but not a ton. Do red dice become darker over time, or with use? Or are these just probably from two orders, or even normal variation within an order? Any dice experts out there who know?
