According to Pat and Steve's book the Harold's Club was the first card. Used in 1987, the same year Harrah's started using punchboard cards. The Blue/Pink Harrah's was supposedly used in Tahoe as well. Listed as very rare, no population estimated. The Harolds' Club card is listed as extremely rare.
