We are in dire need of more volunteers to help during the upcoming convention. There are many areas of need and none of them requires anything but a person willing to be a part of the activities. As it stands now, there is no area of the event that is fully covered.

If you've ever thought about donating two hours of time to help the club, this is the time! Please contact me ASAP (VIA EMAIL). Please let me know if there are times when you don't want to work (during seminars, early morning, etc) and I will do my best to schedule you for other times. IF you've contacted me and have not heard back, please try again. I will reply to the emails I receive.

The convention runs on volunteers. Please consider helping out for two hours (or more) in order to make this event one that everyone enjoys. I guarantee you won't regret it!

Areas of need:

Dealer loading/unloading - Wed 9 am- 4 pm/ Sat 4-7 pm - watch dealer merchandise while dealer moves vehicle to / from loading area. NO LIFTING

After Auction - Fri / Sat - Assist with auction collections / distribution of lots.

Carey Burke Exhibit - Thurs / Fri / Sat - Exhibit at bottom of escalator on Casino floor - Talk about your hobby, meet potential walk in participants, talk to Carey (and get an education in Las Vegas history!)

Membership Table - Thurs / Fri / Sat - Assist with signing up of new members, answer convention related questions.

Promotions Table - Thurs / Fri / Sat - Assist with sales of Club Merchandise.

MOGH Table - Assist with promotion of the MOGH.

Trade Session Monitor - Wed / Thurs /Fri /Sat - Monitor Trade Sessions for Club credentials and to make sure that Trade Session rules are followed. WITHOUT A MONITOR, THE SESSIONS WILL BE CANCELLED.

Tear Down - Saturday, close of show - 6pm - Assist with the tear down of tables, collect cases, signage, etc.. REQUIRES LIFTING, MOVING OF HEAVY ITEMS.

Don't forget that volunteers are also invited to an invitation only reception after the close of show on Saturday night.
