It's not updating for me either. I tried forcing a refresh by holding shift key down & clicking refresh, didn't work.

Also, I can't get the whole picture in, I have to scroll up & down to see the entire image. It looks like the page is made up of 2 frames(?), maybe you could make the top frame smaller & the bottom frame larger & the whole image would fit.
