After being a nervous wreck the last four days since my luggage has been missing and driving in Paris was very difficult today went a lot better. I took the 4 hour trip to Saarbrucken Germany and other that a rather high fee of about $30 for tolls on the road it was uneventful (Spragg warned me about the toll roads). Before leaving I went to the department store near the hotel and picked up some new clothes since all of mine were well worn. I could only get the necessities since the selection was pretty slim. On Arrival in Saarbrucken they told me of a place to go that has cheap clothing (Air France will only cover about $100 worth so that ain't much). After spending an hour trying to find the place I finally parked the car and started walking. Turns out the store is on a street that is now closed to traffic. But I did manage to buy a pair of pants (all I had was blue jeans) and my second pair of "casino shoes" purchased in Europe. At least now I had a chance of getting into a casino.
I visited Spielbank Saarbrucken, Casino 2000 in Luxembourgh and Casino 7 in D'Amneville France last night. I was pleasantly surprised that all three let me buy whatever I wanted out of the cage.
The morning of day 5 the airline finally found my luggage and I hope to have it in Wiesbaden tomorrow. If not I will have to find a Laundromat. I hope to have a relaxing 2 hour drive to Wiesbaden today and get a chance to enjoy the scenery. Plan on hitting three more casinos tonite.
