When I say a "small" label maker, I just meant a hand-held label printer...as opposed to a computer printer. We have an old green one at work, and I have a silver/gray Brother P-touch at home that's a little larger...but they both take the same size label tape. I kind of like the one at work better, because it requires fewer batteries!

I use the 2 1/2" cardboard holders...I think they're called "crown" size. I just get them at a local coin shop...probably not the cheapest place to get them...but we really don't have a lot of chips, compared to other collectors on the chipboard.
