I'm a formal resident of Colorado Springs. I remember growing up there was a small chain of restaurants named Conways Red Top. From my memory, they served the biggest burgers I had ever seen. I believe the restaurant is no longer in business, but you may be able tofind some information yet. I vaguely remember a similar looking "red top" used in Conways logo as the one out your chip.
