The drilled chips are samples. Several of the ones in the scan came from one of the USPC sample books that Howdy Herz photographed for his book. I've seen other drilled chips attached to the front of a box of chips.

I would probably pay the same as I would for an undrilled chip if I needed it. I know others would do the same as me. Of course I would prefer undrilled
