The chip record is not on the records site. Very few hub records there. Only a few that was sold through Taylor CO.

When you click on a letter and open to where it says "blocked," look in the right hand corner. There should be a an icon that says "Signature Panel." Click on it. Should fix your problem. Does not help for some MAC machines. It is a MAC problem.
