I wouldn't discount Caesar's having a boat on Lake Tahoe. When I was in my mid 20's I was much more of a gambler. I would get invited to Caesar's for the 4th of July and they had a private area on the beach with a large dock. We would watch the fireworks with a big BBQ and drinks. They would get all there guest hammered and bus them back to the casino. ( it was only about a 1/2 mile) I remember a big boat being there, but have no idea if it was the casino's boat. I never went on it.
