This Christy stuff baffles me everytime - especially when the hats don't "shine" because the chip is dirty and I'm not sure what is under there.

The C&J is a long cane? yes or no?
Are there variations of the hat or cane in some C&J molds or is it consistant?

What is the "quick - easy - fool-proof" way (relatively) to distinguish a H&C from a C&J? (besides the shine)
