Well that was the fastest resolution in ebay history. My 5 negs are gone and both of that guys accounts have been deactivated. I received emails from ebay saying that all previous bids by that buyer have been cancelled (even ones that he retracted himself) and all fees have been credited. Three cheers for ebay, they got it right!
