If you get a bid from 9r8 and who is also 9r99 who goes by the name of BoB DeCaro from Staten Island New York, cancel it immediately and block the buyer.

He cancelled an order after buying chips, he cancelled bids on items and bid with a second account and did the same thing after I blocked his first account. He then decided to negative feedback me for apparent damaged chips, 2 of which he never received as he hadn't paid for them. Just a revenge neg. I should have checked his feedback as he's done it to a few other sellers as well and he's only bee on ebay a month. With ebays 110% blind support for buyers these types can do whatever they want and get away with it.

And yes I've reported him, spoken to ebay, written emails etc.
