Right now this is supposedly a spec building but Under Armor has another 1 million sq ft building that would connect to this property. They have already said that they want another building the same size. And yes we are going to all of the public meetings but it seems to some of us that they are trying to sneak this deal thru. I saw the public notice sign, which is supposed to be within 200 feet of the affected property line. It was 0.9 miles away! Then I went to the Planning commission office and asked to see what was the meeting about and was given totally wrong information. They specifically told me the property across the street was NOT on the agenda. Wrong again! I mentioned that the sign was in the wrong place anyway and they said that it would be moved the next day. That never happened either.
