A friend of mine has a friend that is a locksmith. It was locked with no keys when I got it. I brought the box to him and he opened the little sliding lid at the top. Looked in with a flashlight. He was impressed with the locking mechanism on the side of the box. He had to drill both locks. He did it for a couple of beers. I paid $9 each for the two locks and replaced them myself.
