The Irish Pub has no air conditioning in the hotel rooms and there is a shared bathroom on each floor hallway. They say with the ocean breeze a half block away they don't air conditioning. Also, the elevator in this hotel is manually HAND OPERATED with an elevator operator. Seeing that alone is well worth the visit. The hotel itself closes around Labor Day, but the bar and restaurant is open 24/7 all year round. Very elaborately decorated around Christmas time.
