Sounds like it might be our good friend, Lou Marshall. I love going to his 'shop' but his prices are pretty tough. Nonetheless, I've bought a few ivories from him over the years and traded a Kemah for a Galveston illegal. Lou has shown up at our show from time to time and I hope he comes in this year.
