It was easy when someone mentioned Archie didn't travel far for the picture. The inscription on the wall says "The World War" which refers to WWI. So a WWI memorial in New Jersey comes up with the one in Atlantic City. Bingo. 45 seconds is about right. The picture I posted earlier was the view from the memorial.
