When we learned of the release, some of us wrote the casino asking if we could buy a copy by sending cash, first... and they mailed one out. I remember my example was neatly "gift wrapped" in a little box which was also gift wrapped in a larger box... I only remember Spain and Portugal doing the giftwrapping thing back then... It was also my first CHIPCO chip.
