OH I use to BREATH Lotus... (when I used WP).
Still haven't got Excel down like I ran in Lotus -and I use Excel ALL the time!!

But I agree - the ability to sort - delete - ammend and edit - is pretty good stuff. I do my trade list in Excel and use a chip- coin database for my collection.

But I learned 2 things in my college computer class I have NEVER forgotten:

1. A computer is only as smart as it's operator.

(thank god for a computer nerd in the family - and she got married over the weekend - which was why I was in TX. - to ANOTHER computer nerd. And I say that fondly as they are both high adminstrative 'big-bucks' earnin' nice and wonderful people )

2. Don't bother saving anything that you don't mind re-doing.
