Ho-Chunk Casino, in Baraboo, WI has a new variation in their slot card. As shown here, the older version had the phone 1-800-7HO-CHUNK while the new one has 1-800-746-2486. There is also a slight change in the position of the logo on the front and the back changed from blue-green to a more forest green color.
