I find that during the periods of 7pm and 12pm EST that the traffic on e-bay picks up and will get the reload message. I have about 10 different searches that I use on ebay and have them all bookedmarked. When I hit reload a couple of times and can not get a listing, I move on to the next bookmark. Usually by the time I return to the first bookmark I can get in. If it does get too busy I just log off the computer until later. It also seems that the piece's I bid on usuall close arount 3am EST.
