I don't care if he's making a penny or a nickel for what he's doing, or if he's just doing it for a public service.
The posts are always of interesting chips, many above my pay grade, but clicking on the sellers other auctions often leads to other goodies that I find interesting.
It saves me a lot of time in looking through all of the junk on eBay, and let's me get right down to the good stuff.
