The one that is very valuable..the first ever "commemorative" chip with the good luck symbols, etc.

I thought it was in The Chip Guide, at one time, but now I can't find it.

Any scans, or a history of the chip and how many exist, would be appreciated. I think a Chip Board member owns one.
