I don't disagree with that analysis of when a casino might want to have you prosecuted, but that doesn't address the question of when the Government will actually bother charging you with a crime.

Also I thought we were talking about a different scenario then where you are in the casino and specifically requested to cash in your chips which you purchased or won there.
