Charles, I'd be quite certain that its nothing more than a false rumor about the Chip Rack. According to what Michael Knapp (one of the 3 authors) told me
about 2 weeks ago, it would definitely be ready in time for the August convention, and perhaps a month or so before the convention.

He did also say that the second edition of "The Gaming Table" is now at the printer's and would soon be available. That book is a summation of casinos around the world.
