Sorry to confuse. From my post:

You are bidding for:
- your choice of 15 chips
AND
- the right to select any other additional chips you want at $2 ea.

So taking your scenario, you win with a bid of $60 (you said $62 but with bid increments of $5, not possible).

You get your choice of 15 chips. If you want, you can also have your pick of the rest at an addl $2ea. If you dont want any more, then it is $60 for those 15. If you saw 9 more chips you wanted, then at $2ea, that would be an additional $18, for a total of $78.
