Re: Anyone figured out how to scan Hot-Orange?

Try placing your hot-orange chip on backgrounds of varying colors. I like towels, they are soft enough not to scratch a chip. The hot-orange color seems to "trick" a camera but the contrasting background may help capture a shade closer to its actual appearance. Experiment with white, blue or even black towels. Also try subdued natural lighting (go outside on an overcast day). Under indoor incandescent lighting, chips rarely seem to come out right. "Orange" you glad you asked?
