A year or so ago, I found a Blue Chip Sun Mold irregularity on a Lucky Lady pink dollar chip. Ghostly sea-shell images next to the sun molds, as if the chip were struck too lightly one time and then with correct pressure the next. Entire outer ring is rather rough. So perhaps this manufacturing glitch occuers every-so-often on any casino's chips.
