involved in many hobbies over the years. You might call me a collecting addict.

However I have found something here that doesn't seem to exist in other hobbies.

My thought is that this hobby was founded by people who truly love to collect, unlike other hobbies where everyone is out to make a buck.

You will hear stories of the old days where people used to trade stacks of chips without any real thought of values.

Maybe it is because so many of those people are still active within the hobby that you see more of the collector come out than the "Dealer".

Whatever the reason, its something that has kept me interested in collecting chips more than any other items over all others.
