I apologize in advance for the manner in which this is going to sound, but some people are just stupid. You know the worst tape ever to remove, besides duct tape is the FROSTED clear scotch tape. Someone mailed me 3 chips like in your photo with this taped across them. It peeled some of the paint off 2 chips and was a pain in the butt to remove the gooey substance left bbehind because I didn't want to chance using Goo Gone on them
