I agree 100% Buy what you like because you like it. Not because your going to sell it when you retire for big money. Good chance that wont happen on most of your collection! I know I will NEVER get the money out of my AC chips and I continue to over spend for the chips I need.... I love um! Brings back so many great memories from starting to collect before I knew about the hobby to the acquisition of many of my chips... I met so many great people over the years. I still do today too. Who knows Maybe one day my collection will be shown in a Museum in Atlantic City???? Maybe if we ever get a building in Vegas they will be housed there? If not Im taking them with me! lol

So again! Anyone have any Rare AC chips that I might need? Check those sock drawers or an old suit pocket for a $100 chip you left the casino with in the early 80s... I only need a few more to complete my collection!!!!

I Love the Vegas Chips too! I collect them until they sell though. I have had so many great old chips from Vegas. I was one who loved the LEs too! Still do. I cant wait for a new casino to open but lately the chips are just so ugly! No one makes a good looking chip these days... I keep my fingers crossed that the next one will be a great looking chip.

BTW: Just a year or two ago EVERY Atlantic City Chip had a cash in Value for face... You could cash in every Atlantic City Chip one way or another... Now with all the bankruptcies of the AC Casinos many are Dead. No cash value like Vegas.. only collector value and without the AC collectors..... Ouch!
