You have been collecting for a long time. Compared to 2006, this hobby has seen a large contraction. Less club members, far fewer posters on this board. New releases get much less interest, prices have gone way down in most areas. There are still plenty interested and it can certainly rebound (that remains unknown), but you can't say there is more interest than ever. It's simply untrue. Look at all the chips on eBay that get 1 bid or none that would have sold for a decent price 6 or 7 years ago.
