Do you use Turbo Lister or similar listing program? One can list many chips and then with one hit of a button, they all go onto eBay for listing. Sounds like you have a memory/storage issue where too much data is being input and awaiting further action. Other idea would be to run an anti-virus or clear your cache to make certain that accumulated data isn't slowing things down.
