Yes those signs are popular in the midwest in fact I think there is one on Par-A-Dice in Peoria also. Most of the others have some kind of warning about using chips as money. Wouldn't the Secret Service be the ones to investigate this? They are the ones who normally deal with money problems like counterfeiting.
