DO NOT BUY from the seller:

I have sent the guy money twice. First time he got the money then end the auction earlier and did not send the item after two weeks. I claimed my money back from PayPal and he didn't even mention why. Then I saw him listed these plaques again and I emailed him and asked him why didn't he send me the package. He tried to ask more money. I sent him more money again and he did give me a tracking number. Two weeks later I found the tracking number sent the item to different country and marked as received. I claimed my money back again and this time still he didn't even explain why he didn't send the items and why a fake tracking number was given.

So he may end the auction earlier and give you a tracking number. But the package will never arrive.
